New eats are coming to 101 Seaport Boulevard. This is not your traditional eatery, but rather vegan style with roots in NYC.

A BBJ article notes, “Chef Chloe Coscarelli — known for being the first vegan chef to win the Food Network’s popular reality show “Cupcake Wars” — and co-partner Samantha Wasser have plans to open a 48-seat restaurant at 101 Seaport Boulevard. The newly opened 17-story glass office is home to accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.”

0 Boston Micro Hotel Made to Fit Along Seaport Boulevard

What’s new coming to the Seaport? Micro rooms. Yes, soon you will be able to get a hotel room that is about half the standard size. The location is will be along Seaport Boulevard near the Barking Crab.

From The Boston Globe:

“John B. Hynes III is proposing to develop a Yotel, whose rooms — Yotel calls them “cabins” — have set a new benchmark for efficiency from London to New York to Amsterdam…The rooms in Boston would range between 160 and 200 square feet, Hynes said, or roughly half the sizeof traditional rooms at the nearby Westin Waterfront. The 307-room Yotel is to be built along Seaport Boulevard, across from the John Joseph Moakley US Courthouse.”

0 Innovation District Attracts Another Corporate Giant

Rents continue to rise, but with that comes landlords willing to build new buildings. Office rents have continued up quarter over quarter within the Seaport and Innovation District. However, according to an article in The Boston Globe, “accounting giant PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP is negotiating to occupy a 16-story building that would be built along Seaport Boulevard.”

0 Seaport Towers Planned

The Boston Seaport, one of the hottest office markets nationally, continues its transformation with plans to build a pair of 22-story towers on Seaport Boulevard.

The Boston Globe posted an article earlier this morning, revealing, “a deal is emerging to build one of the South Boston Waterfront’s largest developments: a pair of 22-story towers on Seaport Boulevard that would include up to 800 apartments and a 300,000-square-foot retail and entertainment complex. The towers would be among the first major buildings at the long-planned Seaport Square project, a 23-acre complex that would eventually replace the district’s sea of parking lots with residences, office buildings, stores, restaurants, and public parks.”
